Please read these terms carefully before making a booking or purchasing a Feather Fitness service. They form part of the agreement between Feather Fitness and the person completing the transaction.
01
Acceptance Of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the Feather Fitness website, create an account, make a booking, purchase a membership, register for a program or event, or enter and use our facilities.
By completing a purchase or using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you are making a booking for other participants, you are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules that apply to their visit.
Additional conditions may apply to particular memberships, events, coaching programs, promotions or third-party services. Where those conditions differ from these terms, the more specific conditions will apply to that service.
02
Eligibility And Accounts
You must provide accurate and current information when making a booking, creating an account or purchasing a membership.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for activity conducted through your account. You must notify Feather Fitness promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Participants under 18 years of age may require the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, depending on the service, program or event.
03
Court Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued.
Customers are responsible for checking the selected date, time, court, duration and participant details before payment. A booking may not be transferred, resold or used for unauthorised commercial activity without prior written approval.
Court access is limited to the confirmed booking period. Players should arrive with enough time to prepare and must leave the court promptly at the end of the session.
A late arrival does not extend the booking period or automatically entitle the customer to a refund, credit or reduced fee.
04
Pricing And Payment
Prices will be displayed before payment and may vary according to the court, session, time, membership status, program or event selected.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes. Any transaction, processing or booking fee will be disclosed before the transaction is completed.
Payment may be processed by a third-party provider. You must ensure that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that sufficient funds are available.
Feather Fitness may correct genuine pricing or system errors. Where an error affects a completed purchase, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution.
05
Cancellations And Changes
Unless a different policy is stated during booking, court cancellations or rescheduling requests must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Requests made within 24 hours of the session, late arrivals and non-attendance may not qualify for a refund, rescheduling or account credit, except where required by law.
Approved credits may be subject to an expiry period and may not be redeemable for cash. Promotional, discounted or event bookings may have separate cancellation conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.
Requests must be submitted using the booking platform or the contact details provided on this website.
06
Cancellations By Feather Fitness
Feather Fitness may cancel, relocate, shorten or reschedule a booking where reasonably necessary because of maintenance, safety concerns, facility damage, staff availability, emergencies, events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where Feather Fitness cancels a paid service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we may offer a rescheduled service, account credit or refund for the affected portion of the booking, subject to applicable law.
We will use reasonable efforts to notify affected customers using the contact information provided with the booking.
07
Memberships
Membership benefits, prices, billing periods, minimum terms and eligibility conditions will be described in the relevant membership offer.
Memberships are personal to the registered member and must not be shared unless the membership description expressly permits it. Feather Fitness may request suitable identification before applying a membership benefit.
Members must keep payment and contact information current. Failed or overdue payments may result in restricted booking access, suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.
Requests to cancel, pause or change a membership are subject to the conditions disclosed when the membership was purchased and any rights available under applicable law.
08
Programs, Coaching And Events
Program and event schedules, coaches, formats and locations may change where reasonably necessary. Participation requirements, cancellation rules and inclusions may differ between programs.
Participants must disclose relevant injuries, medical conditions or accessibility requirements where reasonably necessary for safe participation.
Coaches and staff may modify or stop an activity where they reasonably believe that continuing would present an unacceptable safety risk.
Selection for teams, competitions, advanced programs or coaching groups may be subject to capacity, age, ability, attendance and program-specific criteria.
09
Facility Rules And Conduct
All visitors must comply with displayed facility rules, safety instructions and reasonable directions from Feather Fitness staff.
Visitors must:
- Use courts and equipment safely and for their intended purpose.

Smoking, vaping, illicit drugs, weapons and unauthorised alcohol are not permitted within the facility.
10
Refusal Of Entry And Removal
Feather Fitness may refuse entry, suspend access, cancel a booking or require a person to leave where they breach these terms, create a safety risk, behave inappropriately, fail to make payment or do not comply with reasonable staff instructions.
Serious or repeated misconduct may result in membership suspension or cancellation and restrictions on future bookings.
Any refund or credit in these circumstances will depend on the reason for removal and applicable consumer law.
11
Health, Safety And Participation
Physical activity involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, overexertion and sporting injuries.
Participants are responsible for deciding whether they are physically capable of participating and should obtain appropriate medical advice where they have health concerns.
You must not participate while affected by alcohol, illicit drugs or any condition that makes participation unsafe.
Injuries, hazards, damaged equipment and safety concerns should be reported to staff as soon as possible.
12
Personal Property
Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings. Items should not be left unattended or placed where they may create a hazard.
Feather Fitness is not responsible for ordinary loss, theft or damage to personal property except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Lost property may be retained for a limited period and may then be donated, disposed of or otherwise handled in accordance with our internal procedures.
13
Equipment And Property Damage
Any equipment supplied by Feather Fitness must be returned in the condition in which it was provided, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
Customers may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs where facility damage, equipment damage or loss results from deliberate conduct, negligence, misuse or a breach of facility rules.
Damage or equipment faults must be reported promptly and the affected item must not continue to be used where doing so may be unsafe.
14
Photography And Recording
Personal photography may be permitted provided it does not interfere with play, compromise safety or capture other visitors without appropriate permission.
Commercial photography, organised filming, live streaming and the use of professional equipment require prior written approval.
Feather Fitness may photograph or record events and promotional activities where appropriate notice and consent arrangements have been provided.
15

Unless otherwise stated, the Feather Fitness name, branding, website design, text, graphics, photographs and other original material are owned by or licensed to Feather Fitness.
You may view and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit that content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy depending on the circumstances and seriousness of the failure.
Any cancellation, refund, limitation or liability provision in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.
18
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feather Fitness is not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, your failure to follow safety instructions, unauthorised use of facilities or equipment, or information you provide that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising under applicable consumer guarantees.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, Feather Fitness's liability will be limited to the extent that is fair and reasonable in the circumstances.
19
Privacy
Personal information collected through bookings, memberships, payments, programs and website use will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You should review the Privacy Policy before providing personal information or completing a transaction.
You can read the policy on our Privacy Policy page.

The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. Terms that applied when a booking or purchase was completed will generally continue to govern that transaction unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
